Dr. Steve Rockman is a clinical psychologist and Marriage Family
Counselor with offices in Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel, and Irvine. He has
over twenty years of experience with a wide range of expertise. His
experience and training includes treating physical abuse, sexual
abuse, and victims of violent crimes. He treats adults, teens, and
children.
Currently, Dr. Rockman is the clinical supervisor of Hope
Institute, an adolescent recovery program that helps teenagers with
behavior, drug, and academic problems. His publications include: If
your loved one was sexually abused, 1993 and When talk therapy isn’t
enough, 1994. His time is split between both offices in Newport
Beach, Laguna Niguel, and Irvine. Office hours
include late mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Dr. Sherry King has been practicing in the Orange county
area since 1986. She is a graduate of U.C.
Irvine, London University and received her Doctorate degree from La
Jolla University. She studied and worked
in Europe, teaching in Norway, and in London, England.
She specializes in working in the area of trauma recovery,
working with survivors of childhood violence and abuse. She also
works in the area of Critical Incident debriefing and was in New
York working at Ground Zero after September 11, 2001. Her practice
includes working inpatient and outpatient with children, adolescents
and adults. She has done group and couples
work extensively over the past twenty years. In addition to having
offices in Laguna Niguel and Newport Beach, she teaches
Woman's Psychology and Introduction to Psychology at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California.
